MD Dash is a project that I am developing at work. It is an attempt at making the whole workflow around Molecular Dynamics (MD) more standardized and FAIR. I is made under the EOSC initiative as a few other web apps made by us for the field of Molecular Dynamics in Czech republic.   The app is 99% built by just me. My colleagues only give me instructions and insight into what MD researchers really need. It is built upon JupyterHub and hosted on Kubernetes. It not only taught me how to work with kubernetes and helm charts but I mainly learned how to develop complex apps with specific restrictions and how to make them reliable and maintainable. Thanks to my CI/CD pipeline it is also running twice. One in dev and one in prod environment.  The app is fully open-source so you can find it on GitHub.
